Agreement

By using WinnerDeck you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

WinnerDeck lets you run random winner selections: a free in-browser Quick Picker, and saved events with participants, prizes, official server-side draws and verification receipts. We may improve or change features over time.

Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything done with your account. Provide accurate information and keep your password safe. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Your content and your participants

You own the data you import. By importing participant data you confirm you are allowed to use it for running your draw. You are responsible for meeting any obligations you have to your participants, including telling them how their data is used.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Run draws that are illegal where you operate — you are responsible for compliance with lottery, sweepstakes, gambling and consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
• Import personal data you have no right to use.
• Attempt to manipulate draw results, probe the service for vulnerabilities, or interfere with other users.
• Resell the service or misrepresent receipts as covering anything beyond what our fairness page states.

Fairness scope

Verification receipts prove that a stored result is reproducible from the stored candidate snapshot, seed and algorithm. They do not certify the composition of your participant list or your eligibility rules. Our fairness page describes these limits; you agree not to present receipts as proving more than that.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We work hard to keep it available and correct, but we are not liable for indirect damages, lost prizes or lost profits arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date; continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
